With aanmelder.nl you pay per organized event. You only pay for each participant that registers for your event.

All packages include:

  • design and send invitations
  • communicate with your participants through group-email, reminders and follow-up
  • create registration forms for your event
  • Compose an event website with all sorts of information
  • print and review registration reports and statistics
  • create and print badges

All event information such as participant lists, registration forms and documents will be stored for one year after your event. This allows your participants to return to your event webpage for up to one year.

no risk when fewer people register.

Since you only pay for persons that actually register for your event, there is no risk when fewer people register than you have invited.

Example:

  • You have chosen aanmelder.nl business at € 4.50 per participant.
  • You have invited 1000 persons for your event
  • eventually 210 participants register for your event

Your costs are now 210 x € 4.50 = € 945.00

collect registration fees.

Aanmelder.nl can collect registration fees from your participants. The registration fees will be sent to you through a scheduled bank transfer.

Participants can pay their registration fees with a credit card/PayPal, with iDEAL (Dutch banks only), via direct e-banking or bank transfer. The transaction and handling costs that the credit card issuers or banks charge will be deducted from the amount that is transferred to you.

Aanmelder.nl gives you a clear overview of paying participants and the amount paid. This overview will also be included in your invoice, making your accounting clear and easy. View example invoice

If participants cancel their registration after successful payment, aanmelder.nl can facilitate the reimbursement of (part of) the registration fees. For this we charge € 5.00 and optional banking fees. Normally these costs are billed to the participant.

you will be invoiced for the use of aanmelder.nl services

You do not need to pay beforehand. When your event has finished we will invoice you for the use of the aanmelder.nl services. If you have used aanmelder.nl to collect registration fees the invoice will also include an overview of the amounts paid and the applicable transaction fees.

no-risk guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products. At the same time we understand that investing in new technology or methods entails a risk for you. To address all your concerns about using aanmelder.nl our warranty is as follows: If at any time after using aanmelder.nl you would like to have your money back because you are unsatisfied with our service, we will transfer the money back to you promptly, without reservation. This does not apply to the transaction costs of participant payments.

priority support

All packages include excellent support. The support requests for our Business Plus package users are prioritized at our support department. Aanmelder.nl can be reached by email or by telephone, we have a normal telephone number without any extra costs. If you have a question, please do not hesitate to ask, we are happy to help you

setup assistance

If you do not have any experience using aanmelder.nl you can opt for assistance with setting up your event in aanmelder.nl. We will help you with preparing the registration forms and entering all the other event details.
