In this video we will demonstrate the entire process of managing an event with aanmelder.nl. We will start with creating an event, an invitation and a registration form. Then we will show how registrations are gathered and we will show you how we produce some statistics from your registration date. This video gives a good overview of the basic usage of aanmelder.nl.

Make sure of a good start with a smooth on site registration at your event. Choose the amount of check-in stations, to which your guests can check in with QR code, barcode, last name or personal code and from where a customized badge can be printed. You will know exactly how many participants are checked in.
For an efficient flow through of the check-in you can choose from different code options. In the confirmation message the registrant will find his or her personal QR code, barcode or numerical code. This code can be printed or shown via mobile phone and scanned at the entrance.
Badges for your participants are automatically adapted to your styling. You can change and add any colors and logos, after which the badges can be printed from PDF. This makes it easy to prepare your badges in the desired format in advance.
