Registration PATMOS 2009

Registration is possible by the online registration form only. Complete the form for each participant and click "Send". Your registration form will be processed automatically.

The workshop registration fees are as follows (the amounts are in Euros):

The deadline for early registration is August 17, 2009.

The fee for the workshop includes the social event on Wednesday, access to the workshop sessions, lunches and coffee-breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the banquet dinner on Thursday , and a copy of the Springer LNCS PATMOS 2009 Workshop Proceedings.

The fee for an additional ticket for the social event + banquet dinner on Thursday is 95 Euro.

Author Information: At least one author of each accepted workshop paper/poster must register for the conference not later than August 17, 2009, to ensure that the paper/poster is included in the workshop proceedings. Note! The paper/poster will not be included in the workshop proceedings, if by that date no author of the accepted workshop paper/poster has registered.

Cancellation policy:
Registration and Social Events: Cancellation will be accepted until August 17, 2009. The total amount will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of € 100,00 for administrative expenses. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after August 17, 2009. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.
If you have registered but find yourself unable to participate, your registration can be transferred to a colleague within your own organization. An administration fee of € 50,00 will then be charged.

At least one author of every accepted workshop paper must remain registered.

Form of Payment:
Payment of the registration fee is only possible by means of Ideal (Dutch banks only), credit card or Paypal.Upon payment a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

Liability:
The Organising Committee reserves the right to make changes where deemed necessary, without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subject to the Dutch law.
