Registration fee:
The registration fee includes admission to the scientific program on all days, conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, field visits and a welcome reception on August 24.

Many participants will require visas for entry into the Netherlands. Please check with your travel agency or airline to determine whether you will require an entry permit/visa. You can also find out through visiting the website of our Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Citizens of nearly all European countries, as well as citizens of Australia, Canada and the United States of America do not require a visa for a stay of up to three months. A valid passport will suffice.

Invitation letter
Persons requiring an official letter of invitation may write to the Conference secretariat. Such an invitation letter will be provided to assist participants in obtaining a visa or permission from their agencies to attend the Conference and does not cover registration fees or other expenses. Delegates requiring invitations for visa applications for entry into the Netherlands must prepay registration before the invitation letter will be issued. Those requiring invitation letters for visa applications should register at least eight (8) weeks in advance. Requests for visa invitation letters should be sent by e-mail to:

For the current 2020 fiscal year,
low-income economies are defined as those with a GNI per capita, calculated using the World Bank Atlas method, of $1,025 or less in 2018; lower middle-income economies are those with a GNI per capita between $1,026 and $3,995; upper middle-income economies are those with a GNI per capita between $3,996 and $12,375; high-income economies are those with a GNI per capita of $12,376 or more.
