Energizer by Patrick van Luijk, former-Olympian Entrepreneur and former-Olympian Patrick van Luijk won silver in the 200 metre and gold in the 4x100 relay team during the European Championships in Helsinki (2012). During the semi-finals of the 4x100 relay at the Olympics in Beijing, he got extra inspired since as third runner, Usain Bolt was performing next to him. Currently he is founder of BioCheck - a Rotterdam based company that develops data based programmes to help people to recover from a burnout. Patrick will give us some Energizer-exercises to do at home to keep that body moving. They are easy, require very little time and have big impact on the movement of your body! |
