  1. Get to know the NSCiti2S Business Model with Wito van Oijstaeijen and Maíra Finizola da Silva (University of Antwerp), who developed the model.
  2. Dive into the pilot projects and hear about the lessons learned from the pilot partners. 
  3. Reflection on the difficulties and opportunities in urban greening, with researcher Phil Back (Imperial College London).

Guided tours around the city, on foot or by bicycle. Pick one at the day of the event:

  1. The NSCiti2S pilot in The Hague - the Urban Waterbuffer (Wijkpark Cromvliet) and the Van Musschenbroekstraat in Laak show innovative technology to store rainwater and enhance tree-growing space.
  2. Green infrastructure in the industrial Binckhorst area, where bottom up initiatives for more green are combined with urban densification.
  3. Green city development in the Central Innovation District (CID) area. The tour shows how the city of The Hague incorporates green infrastructure in a dense city center, including the dilemma's.
