The fee includes all drinks and lunches during the conference, the welcome reception on Monday, the mid-conference tour on Tuesday including scientific dinner and the conference dinner on Wednesday.

Cancellation policy

Until the 3rd of April 2024, the cancellation fee is 75 Euros. Between the 4th of April and the 15th of May the cancellation fee is 175 Euros.

In case of cancellation after the 15th of May refunding of the registration fee is not possible.
