Silent Auction

We will be hosting a Silent Auction in aid of a ZSL Conservation Project! A Silent Auction works by people bidding 'on paper' prior to the final auction. The highest bidder wins! So whether you will be join us in-person or online it will be great fun and you are all very welcome to participate! We will share more information about what you can bid on and how you can bid at the start of the seminar!

100% of the money raised will go towards ZSL Science and Conservation Projects.

Therefore we are in need of things to auction! No matter how big or small, expensive or not, it all contributes to a really fun event and the opportunity to make a great contribution to conservation (including hopefully you getting to win something!).

Ideas include (but get thinking yourselves too - all contributions greatly appreciated!):

- Zoo souvener items e.g. everything from stationary to reusable cups to keyrings etc.

- A zoo or aquarium experience or entrance tickets

- A gift of your time and sharing of skills e.g. offer a consultation training session with you and certain species or scenario

- Relevant books

- Food or drink e.g. locally sourced to represent your region

- Art work or photography

- Zoo vintage memorabilia and collectors items e.g. posters and guidebooks

- Complimentary memberships or subscriptions

.......and never forgetting........A cuddly toy!

If you can contribute, we would be incredibly grateful. Please bring your contribution with you, come to see us on the seminar registration desk and we will add it to the Silent Auction list! If you plan on contributing something that you cannot physically bring with you, such as an experience or membership, please let me know via e-mail (sally.binding@eaza.net).
