In this 1-on-1 session with a coach, you will gain insight into your overall wellbeing using the positive health spiderweb.

Health is more than just the absence of illness—it includes your physical, mental and social wellbeing.

You will reflect on different aspects of your life and check in with yourself on how you are really doing.

By the end of the session, you will have taken at least one step toward improving your wellbeing in a way that matters to you.
