Registration includes:

• Full Conference Program (Sunday evening to Wednesday afternoon)
• 3 nights hotel (Sunday night June 7 - Tuesday night June 10
• Breakfast and Lunch (Monday - Wednesday)
• Welcome BBQ Dinner (Sunday night) + 2 Dinners (Monday + Tuesday)

We have a limited number of rooms, we can only guarantee that you have a room at the hotel if you register by early bird deadline. After the early bird deadline, the remaining rooms will be only available on a first come, first served basis. 

Room Selection. The majority of rooms are single occupancy. We do have a limited number of double occupancy rooms, for the following cases: 

• Double Room - Shared with EPOC Delegate. For Students and PhD researchers, you can write the name below of another EPOC delegate to share the room with. Both researchers must register independently. If you would like to share a room but do not have someone to share with, you can write "match" and we will match you with another delegate of the same gender.
• Double Room - For those bringing a guest as a non-delegate, please select this option. The price is a little higher, which allows the guest tickets to be priced lower. Please write the name of the guest in the box below. The guest must also register separately. 
• Families and more than 1 guest - For those traveling with more than one guest (e.g., with family), you can register as double room, then please write "with Family" and reach out to Daniel Hall d.m.hall@tudelft.nl to coordinate additional pricing and details. 
  
  PhD Future Faculty 5k Weekend - Registration will open soon! Please do not register for early arrival on Saturday night, as the PhD weekend fees will include this cost.
