On this day you can visit one of our business clients, like Winclove Probiotics, Prinsentheather/Willem van Oranje, Stichting de Refter and De Koepel.

See first-hand how savers' and investors' money is working towards positive change. The Experience Day is between 09:00 and 16:00.

Everyone travels with a pre-arranged bus to and from the client visit.

Winclove Probiotics (Amsterdam)

Winclove Probiotics is based in Amsterdam North and focuses on developing and producing probiotics. The company works together with scientists to create custom probiotics for different uses.

Winclove is dedicated to sustainability. They invest in green energy, work to reduce waste and support social initiatives. They strive for a healthy society and a healthy planet by caring for both people and the environment. They have been part of the B Corp community since 2020.

Prinsentheater/Willem van Oranje (Delft)

Willem van Oranje brings the story of the Netherlands to life in a musical you simply mustn’t miss. One that moves, fascinates and takes you by surprise. And one that is, moreover, more relevant than ever. Willem van Oranje is about the values we in the Netherlands have cherished for centuries: being who you are, believing what you want. We owe these values to Willem van Oranje. His life is worth celebrating. To get to know him better and give him a platform.

Willem van Oranje – The Musical promises an unprecedented adventure at the brand-new Prinsentheater in Delft. Theu Boermans and his artistic team, known for ‘Soldaat van Oranje’, bring Willem van Oranje to life in a stunning way. In the midst of the immense 360° set, on a revolving platform, you’ll enjoy a unique combination of film and theatre. This is a musical theatre production set in the distant past, yet one that feels astonishingly close to home.

• A behind-the-scenes look at Willem van Oranje, the musical, with a presentation on the production’s origins and the construction of the theatre

Stichting de Refter (Nijmegen)

De Refter is a residential community in Ubbergen, near Nijmegen, hidden among the greenery of a protected spring forest on the edge of the Nederrijn hill ridge, overlooking the fields and floodplains of the Ooijpolder to the north. Originally a girls' boarding school run by the sisters of "Notre Dame des Anges," the building was later squatted and, in the 1980s, purchased by its residents through Stichting de Refter, which still owns it today. The community is fully self-managed, with over 70 homes, several workshops and studios, and a lively mix of living and working together.

Surrounding De Refter lies a nature reserve of wooded hillside, ponds, and orchard, fed by natural springs that have flowed here for thousands of years at a constant 10°C. The Bronnenbos is one of the best-preserved spring forests in the Netherlands — legally protected until 2017, and now cared for by its own residents and neighbours as part of the Gelders Nature Network.

• A welcome drink in the Library

• The group split into 2 smaller groups:

  • An informative walk through Bronnenbos and the surrounding area

  • A screening of a film about the Refter, followed by a discovery tour through the building, its notable spots, and the history of the Refter

• Lunch in the church

• A swap between the two groups

De Koepel (former prison in Haarlem)

A former warder will guide you through the old cells of the transformed Koepel Prison, while sharing stories of prison life at the facility.

After four years of renovation, the Koepel Prison in Haarlem has been transformed from a house of detention into a civic space. The choice was made to not go for the highest bid, but to select the plan with the most added value for the city and its residents. Take part in a guided tour through the former cells, which have been converted into office spaces, a university, a cinema, an innovation center for small and medium-sized enterprises, a game museum, and an exhibition space.
