This workshop is part of the 'Shape Your Career Story series', a series of two consecutive workshops. First you explore what drives you and then learn how to communicate it through storytelling. While each workshop can be followed independently, together they take you from gaining clarity on your direction to telling your story with confidence.

Part 2: Tell Your Story

How you present yourself and how you tell your story shapes the opportunities that come your way.

In this interactive workshop, you will turn your experiences, ambitions, and your personal motivation into a clear and compelling story - one you can use in conversations, on your CV, LinkedIn, and in motivation letters.

Whether or not you joined Part 1 on finding your WHY (a workshop on discovering what drives you in your career), you will start with a short exercise to reconnect with what drives you. We will then use a structured storytelling framework to build your story.

You will practice and apply the learned techniques during the workshop. You will:

• Share your story and receive feedback

• Turn your story into a real conversation (including asking someone for a coffee ☕)

• Reach out to someone you admire on LinkedIn

You will leave with:

• A clear and structured version of your personal story

• A baseline story that you can tailor across CVs, motivation letters, LinkedIn, and other applications

• The confidence - and first steps taken - to attract opportunities
