Pause. Breathe. Reset.
Study hard: Rest deeper.
During exam season and intens periods in personal life , stress and long study hours can take a toll on your focus, sleep, and wellbeing. Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra offer a powerful way to slow down, release tension, and deeply recharge.
Yin Yoga uses long, gentle stretches that help relax the body, calm the nervous system, and release built-up tension from hours of studying and sitting.
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided deep relaxation practice that brings your body into a restorative state while your mind remains aware. Just one session can feel like hours of rest and helps improve focus, sleep, and mental clarity.
No need to bring a Yoga mat or props, all is available on site!
Ilona Wijnands will support you in each session with special themes designed to create the ultimate relaxation experience
