Please note that full paper contributions need to be submitted in Word, using the supplied template and following the instructions in this template. Please also note that the the consent form needs to be submitted along with full paper. The full papers will be peer-reviewed before publication in digital proceedings. Full papers need to be submitted before the 31st of May 2017

All abstracts, both those submitted as part of the full paper, and those only supporting an oral presentation during the meeting, will be printed in a book of abstracts that is handed out during the conference and digitally provided along with the proceedings. For uniformity and ensurance of quality in the book of abstracts, the abstracts that are not accompanied by a full paper will be peer-reviewed as well and are requested to be submitted in Word once more following the template as supplied in the zip-file below before the 15th of May 2017. Abstracts that are part of a full paper do not need to be submitted separately, since in principle the abstract in the full paper will be used for the book of abstractsHowever, if you would like to present a more elaborated abstract in the book of abstracts, you can submit the abstract separately using the template below (note that this is not mandatory in case you submit a full paper).
