Consent Form for participants in the Consortium Meeting 

This event is conducted in the framework of the KIN ACT work programme “Accelerating Just Climate Transitions in Urban Regions” (https://hetkin.nl/programma/act/).

During the Consortium Meeting, we will make notes of the discussion. No names will be noted, only the general role (e.g. public sector, NGO, academic, etc.). Any information you provide will be used strictly for research purposes and policy recommendations (in an aggregated manner). The notes of the discussion will be stored by the University of Twente for a maximum period of 10 years in a secure digital environment and will not be made available to other persons or institutions. The data will be stored in a secure database in the University of Twente network, which is ISO certified, GDPR compliant and FAIR principles will be applied. All stored data will be encrypted to ensure that only authorized parties (team members) can access the data.

Please note: As a participant of the event, you have to fill in personal data. With this data, we can inform you about the practical aspects of the event. We will handle your personal data with care and will not use your data to inform you about other activities unless you indicate that you agree to this.
