Everyone with an interest in the AMPK field is highly welcomed to register to the 2nd European workshop on AMPK 2015!

Registration form

The registration fee includes entry to conference room and poster session, abstract book, internet access, lunch and dinner, refreshments during breaks and poster session, and the social event with dinner on Tuesday evening.

The registration fees do NOT include the accommodation (see below).

Registration fees

For all registrations before June 30, the fees are as follows:

- Students, PhD students and postdocs: 200€

- Academic researchers (senior staff, professors, group leaders etc.): 400€

- Industry participants: 800€

Note that the registration fee for students, PhD students and postdocs is highly subsidized and therefore strictly applies to these young scientists on tight budget in order to encourage their participation. 

The invited speaker registration only applies to the keynote speakers listed on the program before June 30.

After the deadline of June 30, until August 15 late registration is still possible but all fees will be increased by 100€.
The final deadline for registration is August 15, 2015.

Accommodation

Accommodation is NOT included in the fees. But the hotel Van der Valk, where the conference will be held, offers single rooms for 98.00€/night and double rooms for 109.5€/night, both with breakfast included. These prices do not include the tourist tax of 4.53€/night/person.

Abstract submission, oral and poster presentation

Submitted abstracts must fit the required format, i.e the title of the abstract, authors and affiliation must be filled in the dedicated boxes. The last box is only for the body of the abstract. In case of a shared abstract between several participants, only the title and the author list must be filled. The selection of abstracts for oral presentations will be made public before mid August.
Based on abstracts we will select speakers for presenting in short talks. Abstracts must be submitted before June 30, 2015 if you want to be considered as speaker. Abstracts will still be required for registration after June 30, but these will not be eligible for oral presentations.
We assume that all submitted abstracts will be presented as posters. Please inform us in case poster presentation is not possible. Poster boards will be configured in portrait orientation for A0 size printouts (841 × 1189 mm). Material for putting up posters will be provided on-site.

Payment policy

To allow for planning of rooms, we kindly ask you to register before June 30, 2015. Late registrations are still possible until August 15, but for an increased fee. Payment of the registration fee is included in the registration procedure. The website accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards, PayPal, iDeal (for Dutch participants). A final confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

Cancellation policy

Registrations can be cancelled until June 30, 2015 through 'your registration page’, you will find the link to this page in your confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made for cancellations after June 30. You will receive a refund via the registration module. The administrative costs will be extracted from the total refund sum.
