Want to join the Accelerator Exchange?

All Accelerators from around the world are invited!

  1. Fill out the Registration form
  2. Once the payment has been made, your registration is guaranteed. Book a flight and room at one of the recommended hotels (see Hotels).

Total Registration space is 150 (of which are 35 international participants - non German or Dutch).
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: EO members that are active as Accelerator champion, committee member or mentor/coach are invited as well, under special conditions. To ensure it stays an Accelerator event, each EO member will need to bring 3 Accelerators from his/her program. In other words: if the Champion and a Committee member would like to attend te event, 6 Accelerators from that program need to register.

Guarantee your registration and pay

Registration will be monitored carefully. Your registration will be confirmed by email (this can take a few days).

This email include a link to the final registration and payment for the event. Your registration is only guaranteed when the payment is received. The payment is transacted online, you can pay by credit card, IDeal or Paypal. Full payment of the registration fee is due by September 1st.

Registration fee

Member Registration Fee is:

  • Registration before November 1st: € 365,-
  • Registration between November 1st and November 13th: € 450,-
  • Registraion after Novermber 13th: € 650,-

Included: All program meals indicated on the agenda, learning sessions and evening socials.
Not Included: Airfare, airport transfers, accommodations and personal expenses.

Participants are responsible for booking their own room at one of the recommended hotels.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refund available (minus the € 25,- administration fee) until September 1st. Refunds received after this date cannot be considered.
  • All cancellations must be given in writing and are processed according to the date they are received at info@acceleratorexchange.com.
  • The event committee reserves the right to cancel the registration if payment is not received.
  • No discount will be given to any member attending a part of the event.
  • If a member fails to attend the event, it is considered a cancellation and no refund will be administered.
  • Cancelling attendees can transfer his/her spot to another member in good standing.
  • Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted in the case of a death in the immediate family (spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings) or for an emergency medical situation involving the member. The member must provide written documentation from a doctor certifying that the member has a medical emergency that bars travel. All exceptions are subject to review by the event committee and will have to be approved prior to the release of refunds. No exceptions will be made for other personal or business reasons. All written documentation and supporting documents must be received within by one week after the event referenced to be considered for refund.
  • Accelerator is not responsible for fees and/or charges paid by event attendees to hotels, airlines or any other third party.


  • If the event is sold out, the event committee will compile a waitlist.
  • During a waitlist situation, cancelling attendees have the option to transfer their registration, or if the cancelling attendee does not wish to transfer his/her spot, he/she may select to offer the spot to a person on the waitlist. Accelerator will contact the next person on the waitlist and offer the available spot.
  • If the cancelling member transfers their registration or the available spot goes to the next person on the waitlist, the cancelling member and the replacing member can choose to facilitate the money exchange themselves to avoid transaction fees.

Travel Insurance

  • EO strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance whenever signing up for an Accelerator event as cancellation policies and penalties are strictly enforced. Travel Insurance in many cases may cover unforeseeable or uncontrollable situations that might affect your ability to attend the event.
