Submission for round table or poster session
SESSION FORMATS
Each day there will be round table sessions and a poster session. The round tables last for 35 minutes (10 minutes presentation and 25 minutes discussion with the audience). For the poster session you prepare a pitch of 4 minutes to present the key findings of your study.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstracts for a round table or poster should include:
- Name of the presenter(s), email address, institutional affiliation(s), city, and country
- Title and 3 or 4 keywords
- Preferred session format: Round table or Poster
- Summary (background, research questions, method and findings) of max of 800 words, excl. references
Abstracts (in PDF format) can be submitted through https://bit.ly/amsterdamseminar-submit (if this is your first time using EasyChair, you will first need to create an account). Deadline for the submission of abstracts is the 28th of June 2019. Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the members of the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance is scheduled for the 5th of July.
