This form allows you to register for the Conference Virtual Collaboration Across Cultures In Higher Education, to be held in Amsterdam on 28 and 29 November 2016.

Please note that the conference office should be notified of cancellations by e-mail (email@example.com). Cancellations will be refunded minus € 30,00 administration costs if the cancellation is made before 1 November 2016.
From 1 November 2016 refunds are no longer possible. 'No shows' (due to all causes including natural disasters) are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.

Conference fees includes admission to all events on 28 and 29 November 2016, including two lunches on Monday and Tuesday, coffee/tea breaks and one conference dinner. (The hotel accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee and can be booked separately here.)
