I accept the terms and conditions: In case of cancellation after registration we can only refund 50% of the fee until the registration closure date of June 1st, 2024. After that date it is not possible for us to refund cancellations. For cancellations please send an email to biwic2024@tudelft.nl. I have read and understood the TU Delft Privacy statement: We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. You will receive a one-time email with information from all Sponsors. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event. During this event photos and video records might be taken for reporting purposes. If you participate in this event you consent to the fact that you might be photographed or filmed and that the images can be published on e.g. the event website, newsletters and social media. If you do not consent to this, please report this to the organization prior to the event. . *
