MFA Makes your Heart Beat: 20 juni BZ brede sportdag

BZ Brede sportdag

Begin februari is er gecommuniceerd over de BZ brede sportdag op 20 juni as. Niet alleen in Den Haag, maar ook BZ-collega’s op de posten worden uitgenodigd om een sportieve of ludieke activiteit te organiseren, die toegankelijk is voor iedereen. Wel of geen sportliefhebber en wel of niet goed ter been, het plezier met collega’s staat voorop.

Livestream posten/missions

Er zal een livestreamverbinding met Den Haag opgezet worden om maximale met elkaar in contact te zijn. Lees meer hieronder in het Engels:

The livestream is open all day, but particularly at the welcome by PSG between 14.30 and 15.00 hours, it would be so nice to see you on the two large screens we have at the venue. Meer details: budget voor collega’s op de posten

Om activiteiten op de posten te kunnen organiseren kan maximaal EUR 75,00 per persoon worden besteed ten laste van het gedelegeerde budget voor VAR, dienstreizen en Koningsdag

Mocht blijken dat hiermee de grens van het budget wordt overschreden, dan kan de post dit in de uitvoeringsrapportage opnemen. Alle collega’s op de posten zijn uitgenodigd om op of rondom 20 juni 2024 een sportieve activiteit met het ambassadeteam te organiseren.

Wat vragen wij jou?

Organiseer de komende periode samen met je collega's op de missie een vitaliteitsactiviteit. Denk aan een yogales, salsadansen, een wandeling, een potje voetbal, volleybal op het strand of misschien wel mindfulness. Hiervoor kun je gebruik maken van het vitaliteitsbudget.

Maak een video en foto's

Maak tijdens deze activiteit enkele foto's en een korte video van ongeveer 15 seconden met je telefoon in horizontale modus.

- Afbeeldingen van de activiteit;

- Vermeld kort van welke missie je afkomstig bent;

- Wat ga je doen.

Bijvoorbeeld (in het Nederlands of Engels): "Hier zijn de collega's van de ambassade/consulaat in X. Vandaag gaan we X doen."

Stuur de video en foto's uiterlijk vrijdag 31 mei naar MFA-heart-beat@minbuza.nl. De leukste video's bundelen wij tot één video, die tijdens de opening van de MFA-brede sportdag wordt vertoond als startschot van het evenement.

MFA Makes your Heart Beat: 20th June MFA Wide sports day

MFA wide sports day

Beginning of February, you received information concerning the MFA-wide sports day on 20th June. This day will be organised not only in The Hague but all MFA colleagues at the missions are invited to create a sporting or playful activity that is open to all. Whether or not they are sports enthusiasts and whether or not they have good mobility, having fun with colleagues is paramount. A livestream connection to The Hague will be set up to maximise contact with each other.

Budget for colleagues at the missions

An maximum amount of EUR 75.00 per person has been allocated to organize activities at the missions. This amount can be paid from the delegated budget for Representation, Business Travel and Kings’ Day. If this causes an exceedance of the overall budget, this can be incorporated in the annual financial implementation report. All colleagues at the missions are invited to organize a team activity with your team on or around 20 June 2024.

What do we ask you?

Organize a vitality activity together with your colleagues at the mission in the coming period. Think of a yoga class, salsa dancing, a walk, a game of football, volleyball on the beach, or perhaps mindfulness. You can use the vitality budget for this.

Make a video and take pictures

During this activity, take some photos and a short video of about 15 seconds with your phone in horizontal mode.

- Show images of the activity;

- Briefly mention which mission you are from;

- What you are going to do.

For example (in Dutch or English): "Here are the colleagues from the embassy/consulate in X. Today we are going to do X."

Send the video and photos no later than Friday, May 31, to MFA-heart-beat@minbuza.nl. We will compile the best videos into one video, which will be shown during the opening of the MFA-wide sports day as the starting shot of the event.
