This form allows you to register for the Conference on Complex Systems 2016 to be held in Amsterdam from 19 - 22 September 2016.

Please note that you will be asked to pay immediately upon submitting this form: Payments can be made with Creditcard, Paypal and Ideal.

Registration fee

The registration fee includes admission to the scientific program on all conference days, conference materials (print and online) coffee/tea breaks and lunches and the welcome reception.


The fee also includes a one year membership of the Complex Systems Society.


For the conference dinner on Wednesday 21 September an optional fee is applicable. We offer the possibility to bring a partner or guest to the conference dinner.

Ticket selection required, however there are no tickets available. Please contact the organiser.

Students - please email a scanned copy of a valid student ID card to: Ms Marjolijn Roll at with the “CCS 2016 Student Registration” as email subject. Student registrants are to prove their status with valid student ID cards at the conference. PhD’s who don’t have a student ID card are considered academics.

Academic -  refers to Faculty & researchers at Tertiary & research Institutions and Laboratories.

Non Academic – refers to non students, non Faculty & researchers. e.g. government officers and industry.


On-site registration is strongly discouraged and may not be available if response is overwhelming.



Cancellation policy

Please note that the conference office should be notified of cancellations by e-mail ( Due to financial obligations incurred, 50% of the paid conference fee will be refunded if the conference office receives your written cancellation by email before 1 June 2016. We regret that no refunds can be made for any cancellation received after 1 June 2016.

If you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organization at any time. Notification of transfer must be given in writing to the conference office ( prior to the conference.

Registration for the conference dinner is non-refundable at any time, however conference dinner tickets may be given to other attendees of the conference at no cost at any time.

'No shows' (due to all causes including natural disasters) are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.
