Attendance at the CIGRE B1 SC Annual Meeting is strictly regulated. You may attend if you have an active role in SC B1, such as a National Committee member (Regular/Additional/Observer), Strategic Advisory Group or Working Group convener.

Regular and Observer members may invite guests with Chair and Secretary approval (must be entered in KMS page for the meeting).

All transfers related to the program are arranged to and from Hotel de Hoge Duin. If you choose not to stay at Hotel de Hoge Duin, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the hotel.

If you choose not to book your accommodation through the event agency, you will need to arrange your own accommodation. Please note that if you later decide to book through us, this option will no longer be available.

It has been decided for the CIGRE SC B1 Annual Meeting that partners will not be included in the program. This means that if you plan to bring your spouse, you will need to book your own accommodation, and your spouse will not be able to participate in the exclusive program organized by our sponsors. Additionally, no separate partner program will be organized.
