Over het evenement

Graag nodigen we, TeamNXT en Hogeschool Rotterdam, u uit voor ons gezamenlijke event op maandag 24 juni a.s. van 15.30 – 19.30 uur bij Hogeschool Rotterdam (Kralingse Zoom 91, Rotterdam).​ We nemen u dan mee in de mooie resultaten van de Circulaire Masterclass en de plannen voor de Circulaire Campus.

Circulaire Campus

Het vlaggenschip van de doorbraakprojecten waar TeamNXT aan werkt is de Circulaire Campus. In de regio Rotterdam is dringend behoefte aan jonge arbeidskrachten die ingezet kunnen worden in de circulaire maakindustrie. Er zijn echter nog nauwelijks opleidingen op dit gebied en er is nog onvoldoende clustervorming van bedrijven die kunnen opschalen. Daarom zet TeamNXT in op een Circulaire Campus in de Merwe/Vierhavens (M4H) als scharnierpunt in de regio, om jonge talenten op te leiden voor de nieuwe, circulaire economie.

 

Circulaire Masterclass

Als voorloper op de Circulaire Campus is in samenwerking met de Hogeschool Rotterdam een masterclass ontwikkeld voor de semester 8 studenten t.b.v. hun afstudeerstage. De masterclass biedt een basis waarin werkveldpartners én studenten die afstuderen, samen aan een circulaire opgave van de werkveldpartner werken.

Het inhoudelijke programma van de Circulaire Masterclass is in handen van Jan Rotmans en Yuri van Geest, die beiden hun sporen in innovatie, transitie, management, technologie, AI en circulariteit hebben verdiend. De masterclass loopt van februari t/m juni 2024.

About the event

We would like to invite you, on behalf of TeamNXT and Hogeschool Rotterdam, to our joint event on Monday, June 24, from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Hogeschool Rotterdam (Kralingse Zoom 91, Rotterdam). During the event, we will share the exciting results of the Circular Masterclass and the plans for the Circular Campus.

Circular Campus

The flagship of the breakthrough projects that TeamNXT is working on is the Circular Campus. In the Rotterdam region, there is an urgent need for young workers who can be employed in the circular manufacturing industry. However, there are hardly any training programs in this field yet, and there is not enough clustering of companies that can scale up. Therefore, TeamNXT is focusing on a Circular Campus in Merwe/Vierhavens (M4H) as a pivotal point in the region, to train young talents for the new, circular economy.

Circular Masterclass

As a precursor to the Circular Campus, a masterclass was developed in collaboration with Hogeschool Rotterdam for the semester 8 students to benefit their internship. The masterclass provides a foundation in which field partners and graduating students work together on a circular task from the field partner.

The content program of the Circular Masterclass is managed by Jan Rotmans and Yuri van Geest, both of whom have earned their stripes in innovation, transition, management, technology, AI, and circularity. The masterclass runs from February through June 2024.
