TU Delft Code of Conduct Dialogue Sessions

13 and 22 May 2025 | X TU Delft Theater Hall

Join the dialogue sessions on TU Delft’s new Code of Conduct

How do we want to interact with one another at TU Delft? What values should guide our daily behaviour? And how do we address situations when behaviour feels unclear, uncomfortable, or crosses boundaries?

On 13 and 22 May, we are organising three open dialogue sessions on the new Code of Conduct. Everyone within the TU Delft community is welcome to join the conversation. Together, we’ll discuss key topics such as social safety, integrity, (un)wanted behaviour, but also, how do we deal with ancillary acvitities and finances? In other words, how do we engage with each other?

Even when situations aren’t black and white, we want to explore how to still make clear agreements. By entering into open dialogue, we learn from one another and discover what frameworks can help guide us.

The outcomes of these sessions will be valuable input for drafting the new Code of Conduct. What you contribute truly matters.

We invite you to explore, in an open and respectful setting, what belongs in a code of conduct. This way, we won’t just define what is desirable, but also learn how to act on it together.
