Sam Holland - Talent Management Analyst at the OECD (Round 1)
Are you interested in a career in an International Organisation whose mission is to promote policies that will improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world?
Using an evidence based approach the OECD analyses and compares data to predict future trends and recommends policies designed to make the lives of ordinary people better.
Sam’s presentation will provide more information on the OECD’s areas of work as well as on the different career entry points into the Organisation for talented young professional including the Internship Programme, the Young Associates Programme and the Young Professionals Programme.
The OECD welcomes candidates from different backgrounds as we seek to broaden and enrich our knowledge base and staff diversity. With some exceptions you are required to hold the nationality of an OECD Member country to be eligible to apply.
Sam obtained an MSc in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Business School in 2013 and started working in HR at the OECD directly afterwards. He has since occupied different functions including HR Business Partner and has been working as a Talent Management Analyst since July 2018. He works on a number of different corporate HR initiatives covering organisational design, sourcing and talent management.
