Welcome to Dance Your Stress Out!

Life can be challenging, we all know that. Especially when a pandemic crisis keeps on and turns life upside down. In these strange times, taking care of your mental health is more important than ever before. As the saying goes; to take care of your mind, take care of your body! Breathe in, breathe out and dance the stress out!

Join our online workshop series where you will practice several dance exercises inspired by Margaret Morris Movement and learn different ways to relax both your mind and your body. The focus will be on breathing, posture, balance, relaxation of your face muscles, which we will spice up with some energisers as well. All from the comfort of your home where you can enjoy yourself even more.

-> Dance Your Stress Out consists of 5 workshops for 5 consecutive Wednesdays.

-> Starts on: 24/2/2021. Next sessions: 3/3/2021, 10/3/2021, 17/3/2021, 24/3/2021.

-> Time: Wednesdays from 18:00 till 19:15.

-> Language: English.

-> Wear comfortable clothes.

-> The sessions follow up on each other. It is difficult to join mid-way or when you miss many sessions. Make sure to sign up only if you have the intention to join all 5 sessions!
