Venue

The conference will be held in the Media Plaza (Polar area) in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Jaarbeurs is situated right next to Utrecht central station and is therefore easily accessible by train.

If you travel by train, please exit the train station Utrecht Centraal at the Jaarbeurs side and cross the Jaarbeursplein/Croeselaan in the direction of the Jaarbeurs hallen. Enter the Jaarbeurs via the 'Oost entrance' and walk until you see the escallators/elevators which bring you to the Media Plaza. 

If you are planning to come by car, the closest parking to the Media Plaza is P4. You enter through the 'West entrance' and walk through the hall way towards the escallators/elevators that bring you to the Media Plaza.
