This is the registration form for the EARIE 2024 conference, which will be held from 30 August - 1 September in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

* A reduced fee applies to PhD students and participants from lower-income countries (all countries that are not in the WB High Income Economies list). Please be aware that we may require identification, such as an ID card or passport, to verify eligibility for the lower income fee. If you are a student we may request you to send us your Proof of Enrolment.
** An accompanying person will not have access to the scientific sessions

*** Day tickets can only be purchased with a code distributed by the organisation. The code needs to be filled in at "registration fee options" (day tickets for Saturday is excludes the Conference dinner, this option can be added on)

Participants are welcome to bring an accompanying person to the social program, the reception and the conference diner. A separated registration is not required.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your registration in writing by sending an e-mail to the local organisers at congress@earie.org . You will receive a confirmation of cancellation in reply.

  • Cancellations received by or on July 1, 2024 (11:59 CEST) will be refunded, minus a EUR 50 cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations received between July 1, 2024 (11:59 CEST) and July 31, 2024 (11:59 CEST), 50 % of the total amount paid will be refunded, minus a EUR 50 cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellations received after July 31, 2024 (11:59 CET) or no-shows will be non-refundable.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to conference@uva.nl with chair@earie.org in copy.

The information we collect is only used for the purposes of organizing the event. We will not pass on your details to third parties without your consent unless this is for the purposes of organizing the event. Your details will only be stored for as long as is strictly necessary. The details will only be stored with Aanmelder.nl, a company with ISO 27001 certification. You can view and change your details at any time by clicking on the link you receive after you have registered.
