In the event of cancellation up to two weeks prior to the EDCNS Congress (until 4 September 2026), 15% of the ticket price will be charged as an administrative fee.

Cancellations made within two weeks prior to the start of the EDCNS Congress (from 5 September up to and including 18 September 2026) will result in the full ticket price (100%) being charged and no refund will be issued.
