• Tjeerd Jongsma, Former Director R&D FrieslandCampina
Started in 2006 as director corporate technology at Royal Friesland Foods. In 2009 he shifted to director corporate research at FrieslandCampina. Nowadays, Tjeerd is active as director of ISPT, an international research institute for sustainable process innovation. With his global experience, Tjeerd has a unique story about innovation technology in the food sector.
• Rob Baan, Founder of Koppert Cress
In 2002 Rob Baan founded Koppert Cress, developing micro vegetables with the most refined tastes for the leading restaurants in the world. The succes of Rob Baan with Koppert Cress is huge; he has already won several awards and gets a lot of attention from national newspapers and TV.
• Patrick de Nekker, Founder of Earth Concepts
Earth Concepts sells worldwide the famous "Earth Water" and coffee and donates 100 percent of it's net profit to finance water projects. Patrick has over 10 years of working experience with companies such as Numico, Hero and Heineken.
