Instructions and Timeline for submitting an abstract

You are free to submit an abstract if you want to share a contribution. Download the template with style requirements. Aim for 1 to maximum 3 pages. Use the 'EMAIL YOUR ABSTRACT' button above to send your manuscript to the scientific committee or use this email address instead: a.adriaensen@tudelft.nl

All submissions will be reviewed, and comments will be provided. Based on the number of submitted abstracts, a selection will be made of some abstracts for abstract presentation sessions. When selected for presentation at the workshop, we encourage you to think about a short presentation with interactive elements for the audience or prepare a guided discussion. All accepted abstracts will be published in a book of abstracts after the conference.

EXTENDED submission deadline for FRAMily or Safety-II abstracts - 1st of April

Participants who complied with the original submission deadline of 20th of April will get a response from the scientific committee by the 28th of March or sooner.

Submission deadline for resubmission after revision - 21th of April

Submission deadline for BYOM proposals - as soon as possible, but latest by 31st of April.
