Dear graduates,

We were very much looking forward to seeing you all today during the Graduation Ceremony and we are very disappointed with the fact that this is no longer happening. But of course, we have to follow the guidelines provided by the Dutch Government. To make sure that your graduation is still a happy time and you can still celebrate, we have some fun things to share with you.

First of all I have a message for you from all the staff at RBS. Second of all, we not only want to let you know that everyone at Rotterdam Business School is very proud of your achievements, but also show this. That’s why we have all cheered for you!

If you haven’t received your diploma yet, because you were planning to do so on Saturday, there will be an opportunity to retrieve it on the 13th of October from 10:00 till 13:00 hrs at the Posthumalaan. To make sure we all follow the guidelines of the Dutch Government, we ask you to register here. On Tuesday the 13th of October, you can sign in at the Front Office and they will inform you in which class room you can pick up you diploma.

We are certain that you all are going to achieve great things and we would like to stay in touch. Therefore, we have made a RBS Alumni page on LinkedIn which you can become a member of. You can also share your adventures with us by sending an e-mail to If you want to share some fun memories of your time at RBS, please feel free to do so as well.

Lastly, we would like to send you a little surprise to congratulate you on your graduation. In order to send the surprise, we need your updated address. Could you please fill in your address here? When we have sent the surprise, we will make sure to delete your address details in order to follow the privacy guidelines. We would like to see your reactions when opening the surprise, so if you could make a video or take some pictures and share them via or the RBS Alumni page on LinkedIn, it would be very much appreciated by all the staff.

We cannot stress enough how proud we are that even during these crazy times, you all achieved so much. We wish you all the best in the future and good luck on your new adventures.
