Welcome to the International Health Policy Dialogue website

‘The Dutch Health Policy Dialogue:

implementing integrated, people-centred and data-driven high-value care’.

After the successful International Health Policy Dialogue of last year, the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport is now planning a new edition on the 11th and 12th of June 2018 as a voluntary exchange in the State of Health cycle.

The themes that will be discussed are:

  • Adequate allocation of people-centered healthcare
  • Integrating care for independent living of frail elderly
  • Life cycle of medical technologies
  • Putting outcomes first in (patient-reported) quality indicators

These themes will be further specified by pinpointing concrete dilemma’s the Ministry is facing, in discussion with experts of international organisations. Senior Policy makers will present the policy ambitions of the current Government, and will highlight policy dilemma’s we’re facing. Subsequently, we invite international experts to discuss and reflect on these policy challenges.

The separate sessions are ‘invitation only’.
