Submission Details​​

Authors are invited to submit a maximum 200 word abstract for review (using the Word template) by September 15, 2024.

Proceedings

Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to submit a paper (two to four pages) to be published in the Proceedings of the Symposium. The papers will be available at the Symposium and will also be made publicly available on the website of the IEEE Photonics Benelux Chapter 4 months after the Symposium.

Poster Format

All posters will be presented on A0 format and in portrait orientation.

IEEE Photonics Society - Fields of Interest

The IEEE Photonics Society is a society of IEEE with as fields of interest: photonic integrated circuits, PIC sensors, lasers, commercial photonics, photonics engineering, optical devices, optical fibres, and associated lightwave technology and their applications in systems and subsystems in which quantum electronics devices are key elements. The Society is concerned with the research, development, design, manufacture, and applications of materials, devices and systems, and with the various scientific and technological activities, which contribute to the useful expansion of the field of quantum electronics and applications.

Objectives of the Benelux Chapter

The Benelux Chapter promotes in the Benelux countries the exchange of information between industry and knowledge institutes in the fields of interest of the IEEE Photonics Society. Activities include presentations by guest speakers, workshops, meetings and this Annual Symposium.
