Please note:

• Registration costs are mentioned in Euro and exempt from Dutch VAT.
• Deadline early-bird registration: December 1st (23:59 CEST)
• Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment.
• Registration fee does not cover the social programme on Monday 2 March 
• Registration fee does not cover hotel accommodation.

Cancellation terms:

The date of receipt of cancellation (only accepted in writing) will be used to calculate the cancellation costs:

• Before February 1, 2026, cancellation is free of charge (minus administration costs of € 6,10)
• After February 1, 2026, there will be no refund. 

The reduced fee for genetic counsellors/trainees is only for those working as a junior doctor (arts assistent AIOS, ANIOS), nurse practitioner (verpleegkundig specialist), genetic counsellor, physician assistent, PhD or trainee. Not for clinical geneticists. This will be checked upon registration and corrected if necessary.
