LaunchLab Programme

The programme of LaunchLab is based on the Lean LaunchPad method of Steve Blank. Your team will learn how to use the business model canvas of Alexander Osterwalder to develop the best business model for your tech idea. Each week, you will test the assumptions you make in your business model by talking to as many experts, potential customers and other stakeholders of the business model as possible. With this method, your team ensures that your business model not only looks good on paper, but also responds to the needs of the market.

YES!Delft LaunchLab lasts for 10 weeks, starting with a 2-day kick-off on February 4 & 5, 2016. In general, LaunchLab sessions run from 9.00 to 17.30h and include lunch and drinks. LaunchLab is structured along a series of workshops to ensure that the methods are used as efficiently as possible and to provide your team with the prerequisite knowledge. The final LaunchDay will take place on Thursday April 21, 2016.
