Sponsoring

The Benelux Metabolomics Days 2020 aims to bring together the Metabolomics community in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and we will likely have some visitors as well from Germany. We expect 100-150 participants.

The conference offers a platform to present Metabolomics research developments via oral presentations as wel as poster presentations. There will be plenty of room for networking during the coffee and lunch breaks and the drinks session in the afternoon.

We can offer the following sponsorship packages:

Gold Exhibitor package - € 2.500,-- (excl. 21% VAT)

• Booth space, 2 tables with 2 chairs, electricity
• a 15 minute slot in the main programme for a scientific presentation
• 2 full registrations, including conference dinner

Silver sponsor package - € 1.750,-- (excl. 21% VAT)

• Booth space, 2 tables with 2 chairs, electricity
• 2 full registrations, including conference dinner

Bronze sponsor package - € 1.250,-- (excl. 21% VAT)

• Table top presentation, electricity
• 1 full registrations, including conference dinner

Custom made package

In addition to the standard Sponsor packages mentioned above, we also offer the opportunity to create custom made packages. This could be sponsoring the lunch, conference dinner or (only) visibility of your logo.

• Organisation name & Logo in conference announcements;
• Organisation name & logo in the walking presentation during the conference.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of your sponsorship is free until March 1st. After this date cancellation is no longer possible.
