Mindfulness Meditation

  • How can mindfulness meditation help me in and outside my study?

In mindfulness meditation you learn to be present with your awareness in the here and now. You learn to have an accepting attitude. This workshop offers a first introduction in mindfulness meditation and mainly exists of experiencing the meditation. This group is meant for students who are all trying to find ways to cope with their loss.

Please note that this is a training on location Innbetween, Capucijnenstraat 122, Maastricht  and set up in 4 sessions of 2 hours each. 
 

If your loved one is still alive at the moment, but will most likely pass away in the (near) future or if you are afraid a loved one will die, this training is not for you. Please book a QPR to schedule an individual appointment instead.

This online meeting is meant for students who lost a loved one (as a consequence of the Corona crisis or any another unfortunate situation). During this meeting you get support in starting or continuing your grieving process in a small group of students who are all trying to find ways to cope with their loss.
