Participants will validate and iterate on the design of an experimental water label for homes and neighbourhoods, which aims to raise awareness and stimulate climate action.

Financing Strategies for Urban Redevelopment

Participants will brainstorm novel finance and governance arrangements for enabling equitable and inclusive climate adaptive redevelopment in existing neighborhoods.

Investment Pathways for Floating Infrastructure

Participants will co-define financial risks and opportunities for investment in large-scale floating port infrastructure facilities.

Risk Management for Climate Adaptive Building

Participants will iterate on a working framework for clarifying stakeholder roles in integrating climate adaptive management strategies in new building.

Kick-off Kennisprogramma Regiodeal Sierteeltregio

Climate change and financial megatrends bring opportunities and risks for the future of the floriculture sector. How can entrepreneurs, financiers and policymakers respond to this? This issue is central to the new 'Kennisprogramma Regiodeal Sierteeltregio', which stimulates research into sustainable and profitable revenue models.

We celebrate the kick-off of this program with an exclusive side event from 14:00 to 18:00. The afternoon starts with an exclusive talk show in which experts from the financial sector, delta community, and science discuss the impact of climate change and financial strategies on the floriculture sector.

Within the Regiodeal, scientists will collaborate with a wide range of social partners to develop potential scenarios for the transition of the floriculture sector in the Duin & Bollenstreek. The talkshow will, therefore, be followed by an interactive work session in which you can share your insights with researchers. We will conclude the afternoon with a networking drink.
