Next Level Sustainable Housing

Update August
Visit our REnnovates Closing Event and get inspired by our vision on how to transform to sustainable housing. We are delighted that Dutch minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, Mr. Eric Wiebes and Flemish minister of Budget, Finance and Energy, Mr. Bart Tommelein will also be present. They will reflect on our realized accomplishments and results.

Connect to the companies on our marketplace: ABB, Enervalis, KEO, Kostal, Time Shift Energy Storage and VITO / EnergyVille.

Are you already familiar with zero net housing? Or interested in how insulation, solar panels and smart energy control reduce energy consumption and maximize comfort for residents? REnnovates is all about the next level of conceptual renovation: smart, energy-neutral communities.

Visit the REnnovates Closing Event and get inspired as our unique deep renovation concept goes further than the current Zero Net Energy Homes or ‘NOM-woningen’ as they are called in the Netherlands.

What can you expect from our REnnovates Closing Event?

We will demonstrate our unique deep renovation concept, integrating smart energy control (in-house) and Smart Grid solutions. REnnovates is designed to meet energy supply and demand at any time during every season. And not only for individual houses. With Smart Energy Software we flexibilize the neighborhood.

What if we don’t increase flexibility by clustering energy streams on aggregated level? What if we don’t maximize the effective use of renewable energy? Then zero net housing will also demand renovation of the entire electric grid. Just imagine the impact on that!

That’s why we invite you to visit our event. At our closing event you can experience what we have achieved and meet the REnnovates partners. You can talk to the people who realized our unique REnnovates concept. For instance: our intelligent control through ICT technologies (Enervalis, Vito / Energy Ville), device compatibility (KEO), grid flexibility (Stedin), building efficiency and energy concepts (BAM), value opportunities (Belfius) and local know how (Mondragon, Mostostal).

Learn more about our realized projects in The Netherlands and Spain and our virtual applications in Poland. We look forward to meeting you in Utrecht!
