Make the most of your Pentecost weekend in Maastricht

As our Homecoming takes place over the Pentecost weekend, we’re delighted to help you turn it into an enjoyable Maastricht getaway. We’ve put together a selection of optional activities. Whether you’re travelling from abroad, visiting with children or simply keen to explore the city, these experiences offer a fun way to extend your Homecoming celebration.

You’re welcome to sign up for any activities that appeal to you. Please note that places are limited, so early registration is recommended.

Activities

Disclaimer: Activities can be booked until 20 April. Activities can be booked, but will only go ahead if the minimum group size is reached. If an activity cannot take place, you will receive a full refund.

Prison Island

In the cell complex of Prison Island Maastricht at Olround, you and your team take on the challenge of 32 unique cells that test your physical, technical and tactical skills. Each cell has its own task and level of difficulty. Didn’t manage it? Then you can try again or move on to the next one. Teams of three to four players collect as many points as possible. Once you unlock the first cell with your team key, the clock starts ticking. Will you manage to escape?

Bowling

Fancy a classic game of bowling? That's possible at Olround! All bowling lanes have individually adjustable bumpers, so children can always reach a high score. There are also ball ramps available, allowing even the youngest players to join in. A fun activity for the whole family.

• Time: 21:00 - 22:00, but please report to the reception 15 minutes beforehand.

• Price: €41 per lane

• Group size: maximum of 6 participants per lane

Karaoke

Feel like belting out your favourite songs and having the night of your life? Then choose the karaoke experience in the heart of Maastricht. There are four karaoke rooms available, where singing talent isn’t required, but enthusiasm certainly is. Step inside, grab the microphone and let everyone know you’ve arrived.

• Time: 19:30 - 21:00 or 19:45 - 21:15 (Boogie Bomb and Golden Hour start at 19:30 and Night Club and the WOW start at 19:45). Please make sure you are there 15 minutes before the activity begins.
