Session by Katerina Kandylaki|The Lion's Den, Bonnefantenstraat
This workshop will open you up to connect to others beyond words. Katerina will use creative improvisation ideas to prompt you to interact in playful and fun ways. In the process you might even discover something about yourself, how you interact with others, or how you find yourself in a group. Dance and movement are the tools to discover your inner child!
Katerina Kandylaki is a cognitive neuroscientist, a dancer, and dance teacher specialising in dance relaxation and improvisation techniques. She founded “Dance, Movement, & Breathing” in 2020 and has held several workshops in collaboration with the UM Wellbeing Movement called “Dance the Stress Out”.
12:00 - 13:00 |Midweek Meditation

On a weekly basis, on Wednesday at noon, have an opportunity to take a deep breath, sit down, and meditate to find your balance back. In the middle of the week is a good time to practice consciousness, love, and silence. Join Petra for a one hour of guided meditation and relaxation in which the experience of silence is most important.
Petra Körmendy has been teaching meditation for more than 15 years, she is trained in different meditation traditions, such as vipassana, Sufi, zen, mantra, kriya, tantra, and several Christian meditation techniques. She teaches basics of enabling your heart to feel, your mind to silence, and your whole being to open.
Because of the vulnerable nature of practising meditation, and thus in the interest of everyone attending, we like to ask you to join on time. In case you happen to be late, please simply join for the next meditation on Monday at 9:30.
