Registration form
This form allows you to register for the conference The Web that was, to be held in Amsterdam from 19 - 21 June 2019.
Participants with accepted papers or other submissions must register by Friday, March 22, 2019 in order to be included in the program.
Registration costs
Registration includes access to the full conference, including pre-conference workshops. It also includes coffee/tea and lunch during the three days of the main conference, as well as the conference reception.
Regular: EUR 145
Reduced: EUR 70
The reduced fee is available to students (BA/MA/PhD students) and participants from developing countries. When choosing the reduced fee, please provide a scan of your student or employee ID by emailing it to registration@thewebthatwas.net
Please note that you will be asked to pay immediately upon submitting this form: payment can be made with Ideal, creditcard and PayPal. You will receive an invoice automatically direct after your payment.
Cancellation policy
Please note that the organization should be notified of cancellations by e-mail (registration@thewebthatwas.net). Cancellations will be refunded less €50 administration costs for a Regular ticket and less €25 for a Reduced ticket if the cancellation is made before 1 March 2019.
From 1 March 2019 refunds are no longer possible. 'No shows' (due to all causes including natural disasters) are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.
