Venture Café March

Nano-lithography: Science with a mission

Join us for our next Venture Café on Thursday, March 16. We are pleased to announce that Joost Frenken, director of ARCNL, will give an introductory presentation on the most important uses of nano-lithography and talk about some exciting developments in the field of nano-lithography research. Venture Café is also a great opportunity to meet and connect with the ACE Venture Lab & Startup Village network.

About ARCNL

The Advanced Research Center for Nano-Lithography (ARCNL) focuses on fundamental physics and chemistry involved in current and future key technologies in nano-lithography, the technology used for manufacturing computer chips and processors in PCs, smartphones and tablets. ARCNL's program is intimately connected with the interests of ASML, the world leader in the production of the lithography machines. ARCNL is a unique public-private partnership of NWO, UvA, VU and ASML and is located on the Amsterdam Science Park.

A large part of ARCNL's research programme is devoted to the physical and chemical processes that are crucial in Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography. ARCNL employs over 60 ambitious researchers who work closely together with industry. Join Venture Café to learn more about nano-lithography applications and some of the most recent developments in nano-lithography research.
