Come join Michelle van Mulken, a nature coach and ANFT trained Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, for a virtual forest therapy walk, a practice that is currently receiving a lot of media attention for its significant effect on improving our overall wellbeing.

Michelle will act as a guide (not as a therapist!). Her role is to provide you with invitations that will help you to connect more deeply with nature in ways that can facilitate healing, relaxation, wonder, enjoyment, a deeper connection with self, a deeper awareness of our interconnectedness with each other and with the more than human world.
