Claudia Gomes Claudia is a researcher and trainer at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. She focuses her research on psychosocial factors related to student succes. 
Dr. Fadie Hanna Fadie Hanna is teacher educator and researcher at the Academic Primary Teacher Training Program of the University of Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Science.
Halil Ibrahim Karaaslan Halil Ibrahim Karaaslan (32) is an alumnus of the University of Rotterdam where he graduated as a social science teacher. Currently he is working as a program manager diversity and inclusion for ECHO. As a social science teacher Halil has worked for 12 years in the urban context where he specialized himself in dealing with ‘sensitive topics’ and how to deal with them from a teachers perspective. The last few years he has shared his expertise mostly through training and workshops for peers in the educational field dealing with topics like: diversity, inclusion, radicalization, difficult topics in the classroom, citizenship and didactics.
Aziza Sbiti & Cheryl Gerretsen Aziza Sbiti is a policy advisor in HR and guides teams in all sorts of ways in dealing with differences. She is a trainer in Inclusive Communication. Cheryl Gerretsen is leading lecturer at RBS and a trainer and researcher on inclusive higher education and intercultural competence development of students and staff.
