YourCareer Week is more than just meeting the next generation talent: BSc, MSc, PhD and recent graduates from the 8 faculties of TU Delft. It’s an opportunity to strengthen employer branding and gain fresh insights into innovation.

Programme

The programme is designed to maximize interaction: at the start of the week, companies can host a workshop on a career-related topic, providing valuable insights and sparking discussions. The event will conclude with a career fair, where companies showcase their brand and connect with a broader audience of talented students and recent graduates.

The programme is subject to change, but it reflects the most up-to-date schedule at this time.

What is the registration process?

1 - Choose participation option

Choose from one of the three different options to participate:

• Workshop (600 eur excl.VAT)

• Career Fair (1295 eur excl.VAT)

• Workshop + Career Fair (895 eur excl.VAT)

2 - Fill in registration form

We connect students with career opportunities by partnering with like-minded companies. Complete the form below to help us streamline confirmation and ensure alignment with our goals and mission.

3 - Wait for confirmation

After submitting your registration form, we will review your information. You will receive a confirmation once your participation is approved.

4 - Payment & invoicing

Once your participation is confirmed, we will send the invoice and payment details. Please complete the payment by the specified deadline to secure your spot.

5 - Prepare for YourCareer Week

To ensure a smooth experience, please update your company profile on our platform, provide logos for promotion, and, if applicable, prepare your workshop materials.

6 - Enjoy and meet TU Delft Talent!

During the event, engage with talented TU Delft students, showcase your company, and make meaningful connections for future opportunities.

The first step into joining YourCareer Week May 2025 is to choose the participation option that best fits your company goals.

A. Workshop Only

Share and engage

Host an interactive session to connect with a select group of students. Share insights, present a case study, or run a hands-on challenge to showcase your expertise and build meaningful relationships.

B. Career Fair Only

Meet & greet the next generation

Meet a diverse group of TU Delft students and graduates in one day. Showcase your company, discuss job opportunities, and connect with potential hires: 1-on-1 chats and networking spaces.

Price: 1295 eur excl. VAT

C. Workshop + Career Fair

Best value

Combine a targeted workshop with career fair for maximum impact. Engage with students and Phd in a structured setting, then expand your reach at the fair to connect with even more talent, during 1-on-1 chats and networking spaces. This option boosts brand awareness and attract top candidates.
