Participants from National Anti-Doping Organisations (member of iNADO), Regional Anti-Doping Organisations and International Federations (member of GAISF) can attend the conference for free. The same applies for athlete representatives and employees of WADA. They will be charged with the costs of their hotel room as well as the shuttle service (if booked).

For all other participants the following fees apply: € 295,- incl. tax / Early bird rate (until November 15, 2019) € 250,-incl. tax.

Full conference fee includes:

• Access to the conference on all days
• Welcome reception on Wednesday 15 January
• Conference lunch and dinner on Thursday 16 January
• Closing conference lunch on Friday 17 January
• Coffee/tea on both conference days
• Conference kit including list of participants and program
