9th International Conference on Plasma Medicine (ICPM9)

Dear Colleagues,

The 9th International Conference on Plasma Medicine (ICPM9), was held in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, The Netherlands, from June 27th to July 1st 2022.

The ICPM brings together professionals from the fields of plasma, medicine, biology and biochemistry in order to develop a common language, to better define key challenges and open questions and to move toward  effective solutions.

Co-located with the ICPM9 was the first annual meeting of the COST Action “PlasTHER: Therapeutical Applications of Cold Plasmas”. The annual meeting took place during 2.5 days, from June 27th to June 29th 2022. COST (i.e. European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is a funding organisation for research and innovation networks. PlasTHER COST Action aims at developing links between plasma medicine research and the medical community and patients.
This COST action started in September 2021 and will finish in 2025, with members from 25 countries.
